Thicker, lower cost lens with great optics
Flatter lightweight lens type
Generally, materials have little effect on the corrective power of the lens. You can achieve effective vision correction with all of the materials we carry; however, in order to provide equivalent correction, some lens types would be heavier while others may produce optical distortions. In most cases, Dr. Craig will choose the best lens material for you based on your lifestyle and eyewear performance needs. If you have a specific preference, please be sure to let us know.
